During a session with Sabrina, she takes a whole of person approach following a bio-psycho-social model of care. What’s that I hear you say??? What this means is that all aspects of your life will be discussed so that changes can be worked on together to reach your full potential. Whether it be through yoga practices, mindfulness-based counselling practices or both, each session aims to reconnect you with your true inner self and so that you feel empowered to life life to the fullest. Wellbeing is a lifestyle choice…and sometimes all you need is someone to believe in you and guide you along the way. That is what working with Sabrina is about.
